Всегда приятно получать обратную связь от учеников.
Точнее, в данном случае — уже от полноценных коллег по цеху.

Первый скрин - это отзыв в нашей приватке от участника 8-го Потока, с момента которого прошло уже почти полгода.
За это время человек уже полностью готов к самостоятельной работе.

Отдельно приятно, что сравнение идёт даже с обучением по смежной тематике.
Несмотря на то, что это не наш прямой профиль, база, заложенная в обучении, закрыла и другое смежное направление.

Второй скрин — это тоже сообщение из нашей приватки «K-Team» с результатом работы по одному из наших магазинов.
В данном случае — по парфюму.
Так же, кстати, от участника 8ого Потока.

Напомню кратко концепцию нашего сообщества K-Team, в которое можно попасть после прохождения обучения:

Нет ежемесячной платы — наоборот, мы периодически платим участникам, которые вносят вклад в развитие комьюнити.

130+ магазинов — за всё время существования сообщества была добавлена информация по более чем 130 магазинам.

Рост ценности с каждым участником — один из ключевых принципов сообщества.
Для входа новый участник должен поделиться новой, полезной информацией, которой у нас ещё нет.

Именно за счёт такого подхода сообщество стабильно растёт.

Если кто-то планирует зайти в приватку, но постоянно откладывает это «на потом» — советуем не затягивать.
С каждым новым участником вход становится сложнее, потому что всё труднее находить действительно новую информацию, которой у нас ещё нет.

The first screenshot is a review from our private community by a participant of the 8th Cohort. Almost half a year has passed since then, and during this time the person has fully transitioned to independent work.

What’s especially nice is that the comparison is made even with training in a related niche. Despite the fact that it’s not our direct specialization, the foundation provided during the training also covered that adjacent direction.

Let briefly remind you of the K-Team community concept, which you can join after completing the training:

Очередной участник 9ого Потока сделал свой первый реф

Начался наш любимый этап в обучении, когда ребята, которые вовремя стартанули практику, один за другим стали получать свои первые рефы.
Это значит, что очередной Поток можно считать успешным.

Но расслабляться рано, ждем рефы от остальных, а тем, кто уже получил свои первые рефы так же предстоит еще много дел, нужно выстраивать свою стратегию дальнейшей работы и набираться опыта дальше на пути к мечте.

Так что работаем дальше.
